Let S and B be savings and bills respectively. Then,
S α 1/B
S = k/B Where k = Constant.
When S = $300, B = 65

Then,
300 = k/65
k = 300*65 = 19500

Therefore,
For B = $145,

S= 19500/145 = $134.48
