A = L * W
A = 162

162 = 2W(W)
162 = 2W^2
162/2 = W^2
81 = W^2
sqrt 81 = W
9 = W

L = 2W
L = 2(9)
L = 18

P = 2(L + W)
P = 2(18 + 9)
P = 2(27)
P = 54 <===== perimeter is 54 m
