First you would deal with parentheses by multiplying three to (0.12p). Your new equation would be 7.50=0.36p. Then, you divide both sides of the equation by 0.36, so that you can get your variable alone. The answer will be p=20.8333 or whatever you round it to, such as 20.8 or 21.
