Mulitply everything with y and you get
[tex]5+3y+2-7y=7+4y[/tex]
Put everything with variable y on the left side and everything without on the right side and you get:
[tex]-8y=0[/tex]
if we now divide that with (-8) we get
[tex]y=0[/tex]
