Answer: if you multiply decimals , the estimate value is necessary !

it could be understood easily, if at any place the number exceeds 4 , then the value in front is raised by one !

as;

2.234 = 2.23 , it will remain same but,

2.235 = 2.24 the 3 raised to 5 !!
