Hannah estimates the ribbon is 100 cm long. The actual length of the ribbon is 125 cm. What is the percent error of Hannah's measurement?

Answer: -20

percent error= amount of error/actual value * 100

amount of error=  100-125= -25

percent error = -25/125 *100

percent error= -20
