The answer is n=28;

1. Subtract 14 from both sides (-n/2 = -14)

2. Multiply by 2 on both sides to get rid of the fraction (-n = -28)

3. Divide by -1 to get n by itself (n = 28)

You could also eliminate step three by multiplying by -2 instead of just 2.
