Why are the attitudes and beliefs of parents to which children are exposed during early childhood so important?

Because children adapt the behaviour and attitude and beliefs that they see in their surroundings and grow up with them.
So it's important for children to grow in an environment where they learn good things which would help them to turn out as idol citizens in future
